I have a lifetime commitment to social and climate justice issues and the empowerment of disadvantaged populations at the local and global levels. I have been Program Manager/Coordinator at the Wisconsin Trust Account Foundation (WisTAF) and the Rights & Resources Initiative (RRI), and Executive Director at Working Capital for Community Needs (WCCN). In addition, I have also worked as consultant for international organizations and non-profits, such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), Displacement Solutions and the UN-Habitat Program (UN-Habitat). I am currently an independent consultant and associate researcher at the Centro de Investigaciones Históricas, Antropológicas y Culturales AIP – Panamá.
